“I’m afraid of bad reviews.” If all you have are bad reviews, then you have a problem. If you have all 5 star articulately written reviews, “you’re fake”. A healthy mix of positive and negative reviews can be seen as “legitimate”. Responding to customer reviews helps boost your online reputation and engagement with your customer base. Let’s be honest, it makes your business look accountable and caring enough to “address the problem.”
