Mid America Web opened its doors to the world in 1997. Originally located in O’Fallon, Illinois – Mid America Web was one of the first established web design and development firms in the St. Louis Metro East Area. Mid America Web continues to provide a wide variety of web-based business solutions and services to Southern Illinois and the St. Louis Metro Area.
In the beginning, our focus was on building informational websites for small business, not-for-profit and personal users. Over time, Mid America Web has extended our reach across nearby cities and villages and expanded our repertoire to include local communities, chambers of commerce, government municipalities, schools... you name it.
In November 2009, CompuType IT Solutions of Belleville, Illinois acquired Mid America Web. The company recognized Mid America’s brand-strength and made a conscious decision to keep the web department name as is. Together, both companies have created a united force – now with the ability to create websites for customers and solve their computer and IT needs at the same time.
Mid America Web has created and developed hundreds of websites. We pride ourselves on creating unique, custom designed sites with user-friendly platforms paired with strategic web marketing, e-commerce, membership capabilities and any other feature or functionality our clients require.
